HassConsult has launched Enaki Forestside in Nyari Estate, Nairobi, positioning the development as a new model of residential living that combines modern facilities, nature, wellness, convenience and investment value within a single community.

The launch of Forestside marks the latest phase of the Enaki Residential Resort Town, with HassConsult seeking to demonstrate how integrated amenities and carefully planned green spaces can become increasingly important drivers of residential property value.

Speaking during the launch, HassConsult CEO Hassan Ali said the Enaki concept was designed to move beyond the traditional approach of simply selling homes.

Forestside is centred around the 23,000-square-foot Anko Forest, bringing nature into the heart of the residential development.
